Non-Refundable Fees:

  • The registration and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Consultancy Fees:

  • Wordcare charges its consultancy fee only after the successful issuance of your visa.

Tuition Fee Payment:

  • Tuition fees must be fully transferred directly from the student’s bank account to the college or institution’s official bank account in order to receive the Final Letter of Acceptance.

Visa Grant Disclaimer:

  • Wordcare cannot influence the decision regarding the grant of a visa.
  • Wordcare’s role is limited to filling out the visa application forms and advising you on the required documentation.
  • Our advisory services are based solely on the documentation you provide.

Employee Conduct:

  • Wordcare is not responsible for any charges made by its employees outside the official channels.
  • All communication with Wordcare employees must occur via official Wordcare email addresses (ending [email protected]).
  • Payments must be made directly to the official Wordcare bank account, and a receipt should be provided immediately upon payment.

Application Handling and Additional Charges:

  • All charges related to application handling, including but not limited to embassy fees, notarization, translations, DOV (Declaration of Value), CIMEA (Academic Equivalence Mobility Information Center), courier charges, and travel expenses, are to be paid by the student.

Fraudulent Documentation:

  • Wordcare does not accept cases where fraudulent documentation or false information has been submitted.
  • By engaging with Wordcare, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
  • Wordcare is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information.

Visa Rejection and Refunds:

  • In the event of a visa rejection, tuition fees will be refunded within 4-6 weeks, subject to a deduction of administrative charges.
  • Refunds are only processed if the visa rejection is not due to false or inaccurate information provided by the student during the application process or visa interview.

Entry and Residency Requirements:

  • Students are permitted to enter Italy up to 90 days before the course start date.
  • Non-EU students must apply for a residency permit within 8 days of their arrival in Italy.
  • Students must ensure that all submitted documents are authentic and comply with both Italian and EU legal requirements.
  • In the case of submitting non-authentic or fraudulent documents, no refunds will be issued, and the embassy may take legal action or impose a ban on the student.
  • We strongly condemn the use of false information or fake documents.

Post-Graduation Opportunities:

  • After graduation, students may be eligible for post study work opportunities in Italy.
  • Eligibility for permanent residency can be explored based on the length of stay and work experience accumulated during this period.
